Excellent service; informative, and trustworthy. I learned a lot about my plumbing issues, and at no point felt pressure to do anything I could not afford. The service employees were kind and intelligent. I would use this company again for my plumbing needs. Thank you.

Paul and Joe were thorough, answered all of our questions, and solved the problem at hand while walking us through different solutions. They came out same day and took care of the problem same day. Nothing was charged until we agreed on a service. Professional and caring!
I don't often leave reviews, but I was really surprised and pleased with the speed in which our issues were addressed and I wanted to give a big shout out to the service tech, Matt that did the inside plumbing work, he was friendly, professional and went the extra mile for us. Overall a good experience for us and a very professional job. 👌
If you opt to use this plumbing contractor and they want to dig up your yard to replace a “possible” collapsed sewer pipe, my advice is to get a second opinion. They charged an elderly friend $1,050 to install a 4” cleanout, attempt to snake and do a camera inspection only to be told that the pipe was too murky to provide definitive video footage, so then they quoted $5,500 to start the excavation. When I asked them about capping the expenses for the homeowner who is a bed bound widow, the response was that they’ve walked off jobsites when they get pushback like this and said it most definitely can go up in price if the clog isn’t located in the section quoted for the $5,500. After we realized the homeowner had insurance to cover repairs, two different contractors determined that there was no clog in the PVC pipe in the yard (so no digging had to be done) and the issue turned out to be old, corroded piping from her toilet. For less than $1,500, the repair was completed by a different contractor.
I called Plunger Plumber around 8pm and they responded quickly and said they would have someone out the next morning between 11am and 1pm. Alex and Joe showed up at 11:45am. I had them clean out are storm drain that was backing up due to heavy rain and they showed me on there camera what it looks like after snaking it out and hydro blasting it to clear the pipe. What a relief, they we're very informative and professional. From there Joe snaked are kitchen sink out and put a new Fluid master in are toilet tank what a great job he did .I would recommend Plunger Plumber to do all your plumbing needs. Thanks
