- MSmichael stamosAug 29, 20221.0Not reliable service…gave a weeks notice for equipment to be on-site 7am…morning of the project equipment was not on-site, in fact it was not even on the road to be delivered as of 9am when I called the branch. I am from out of town so it is imperative that the plans for equipment and materials goes smoothly which is why I secured my delivery a week prior. I was assured that my equipment would be on the road shortly when I called at 9am. I called back at 11am and my equipment had not left the yard yet but again was assured it would be to the site by 12pm. Called back at 1:15pm and the driver did not show up until 2pm. This is not how my branch in my area works and I am disappointed that this is how this branch represents UR. I will say though that the salesman I spoke to did not get an attitude with me the whole time, even though I definitely had an attitude with him. If I could avoid this UR branch I would.

Scott Reddish was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with as well as the two guys in the yard that loaded it (unfortunately I forgot their names). The gantry was stored neatly on a steel pallet making it easy to load and secure.
