- TPToby PischieriSep 21, 20212.0One main issue - I setup the rental for delivery on September 20th. The lift was not delivered on the 20th but the 21st. When we called on the 20th, they told us the reservation was for the 20th. That was wrong. We record all incoming and outgoing calls from our office and I went back and checked the recording. It was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. That was confirmed by the salesman. Also, when making the reservation, the sales person took everything down and said I was all set. Never asked WHERE to deliver the lift. I had to remind him he needed that info. His reply was..."oh, yeah, forgot about that part." Not the best experience.
