From the time I contacted them until the fence was finished was less than a month (and most of that was because it was the dead of winter and single digit temps). They were a bit more expensive than the big box store but the service and quality of the work leave me with no regrets about the extra money. The workers were friendly and diligent. Highly recommend!
- GSGrace SunnaJul 7, 20231.0I called for an estimate waited two weeks scheduled an appt for a quote and nobody showed up then called a week later and the receptionist assured me that Mr. Stan will be there for sure it took few days for Mr. Stan to show and said he'll contact me with an estimate in a week waited a week and I was told that he was not there and he'll be there the following day called him on his personal cell number and and by then it was nine days to tell me that he was out of town and does not have time was very rude, unproffessional spoke with bad tone of voice and obviously they didn't need the business. I found another ***** star company that will take care of the fence and no more delays and bad attitude from Rolen Bros. Thank God
