  When our furnace died (thank you, cold snap, for alerting us to this *before* next fall), Anthony did a great job explaining our options at various price points, and Tim and Andrew did a fantastic installation. They scheduled the service for the next day and got the heat turned on quickly. Everyone was professional, explained every step, and answered our questions. Highly recommend.

  Derek was very professional. He showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired, and replaced. He explained everything to me clearly, as well as spoke with the owners to ensure that they knew the extent of the problem, needing prompt attention. He made sure that I understood what was going on the entire time, while he was working, and he was a great technician!

  Verne & Ellsworth Hann installed a mini split system in my home and the entire experience was excellent, from communication to installation quality. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was completed cleanly and on schedule. Bryan A did great work and was a key part of making the installation go smoothly. They also installed my boiler at the end of 2024, and I’ve been just as happy with that work. It’s been running great with no issues. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust, but these guys deliver. Highly recommend for any HVAC or boiler work.

  We live in a classic 1910s heights home, and it’s been hard to find plumbers other than from Verne & Ellsworth Hann that diagnose the problem and resolve it correctly in our old home. After years of plumbing issues that they reliably continued to fix, we went with them to have our original plumbing replaced with modern plumbing. Although I believe they are on the pricier side, they reliably get the job done and are professional, honest and good educators while doing the job. All of the plumbers who worked with us were also enjoyable to be around. Joe and his counterpart were particularly amazing this past week! We recommend nobody other than them for plumbing work in your older heights home.

  We had VEH install a new steam heat boiler for us. The work started yesterday and was completed today. The team of three technicians was led by Bill R. They knew what they were doing, removed and replaced the old boiler and replaced corroded pipes, fixtures and valves. They also installed a new thermostat. In addition they provided us with portable electric heaters to use in the 30 degree weather, and we were able to stay warm while the work was being done. All in we are extremely satisfied. The work was done on schedule and budget. We would recommend VEH to our friends.
