  PSPS gets my highest recommend. Not only did they have the lowest price out of the three surveyors I called, but when unexpected issues arose from previous surveys they handled it like professionals. Its appears they are family owned and operated with great communication and willingness to answer all of my questions. Will use their services again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We can not say enough about PS/PS. We were in a bind needing the survey and the worked us in. We appreciated that so much. They were so nice and professional. Answered all of our questions. It was a joy to deal such kind company. They also charge a lot less than most other surveyors. We also got two of their special pens...lol...Thanks again guys you are awesome

  Nick is excellent to work with. When he said he'd be here, he showed up. He's very reliable and kept us informed of what he was going to do and when. Nick is easy to work with - he was very patient and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. We would definitely use his services again, if and when needed. We highly recommend him!
