- JJjedimasterburstOct 15, 20254.0Customer service was awesome especially Kyle Troutman and Jeanette Hillman. They did a wonderful job. The install took 5 hours to do from start to finish, the installer did a great job. The only reason for the 4 of 5 in stead of 5 out 5, was the 1 week delay due to weather and the installer forgetting the tool to do the anchors. So he is going to have to come out again to install the anchors. Other than those two things everything went swimmingly.

It's refreshing to meet with a sales rep who is helpful and gives great advice without being pushy. We went in with the idea of what we wanted, and Kyle helped us see what we needed (saved us in the long run!). Our shed is scheduled to be built on 8/8/25, and I cannot wait to see the finished product.

- CSCari SolarMay 11, 20212.0Shed was good and installers where nice ,but it took 2 weeks to get installed as they never showed up for the first date of installation, we are still waiting for the paint to show up so it can be completed! Not happy spoke to a person 3 times and it is still not corrected.
