  We were just referred to Reliable Crack Injection by another vendor in the same business. We called and talked with Randy. We shared our issue and he explained his recommedation for the fix. We got on his schedule quickly working around the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon his arrival he answered all of our questions as we watched the entire process. Randy is extremely knowledgable, personable and is a true professional in his business. The best part -- RCI supplies a 20 year warranty which is transferable. We highly recommend this company.

  I have not actually used these folks as a customer. However, I did call them when I had a basement leak issue. They were very honest with me and told me that what they do was not appropriate for my needs. They suggested what would be an appropriate fix for my problem and even followed through on providing me contact information for a more appropriate contractor. I think it says a lot about a business when they not only are honest but also follow up and help out when there is no real benefit for them to do so. Honest people...give them a call!
