I first spoke with your team at 12:00pm, and by 2.30pm, Caleb was already at my house. By 3:15pm, everything was completely fixed.   I arranged for this service for my sister’s home in Cincinnati from where I live in California. From start to finish this company gave top quality and total care to meet my needs! The office rep took the details of our request and then delivered exactly as promised; we were informed of our appointment and details right away, we had reminders sent to all parties the day before, and when the service rep Robert was on the way they sent me a picture and his bio for experience. He also called me when he was shoot 45 minutes away! Robert was thorough, checked her furnace completely, which I didn’t expect. I thought I was only have the air conditioner serviced for the summer, but this is a whole package HVAC service. I’m glad he checked the furnace, as I don’t think my sister changed the filter in way too long. Robert explained what he was doing with each step and why, and carefully explained his findings. Very thorough, very authentic enthusiasm, and great care taken of my sisters home. Highly recommend Quality Comfort Home Services!

Alec is one of the best technicians I have worked with for explaining the specs he is looking at, what they relate to and my service options for any mechanical needs I may require.   I had an issue where the thermostat wasn't working at one of my properties, so I called Quality Comfort Home Services to check it out. Scheduling was easy, and they charge a $68 trip fee, which I found very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. When the technician arrived, he was incredibly friendly and got right to work diagnosing the problem. It turned out to be a simple fix—the system just needed a filter change. While he certainly could have found a way to charge me for a more complex repair or a diagnostic fee, he didn't. He was honest about the fix and handled it quickly. It is hard to find service companies these days that prioritize integrity over a quick buck. I really appreciated the transparency and the great attitude. I will definitely be using them again for any future HVAC or plumbing needs!

  I had white dust clogging my furnace filter from construction previously done, which caused white dust to form all over the house. Called Quality Comfort where I was assured they could solve the problem. After a couple of hours of the tech running around the house with a tiny hose he poked into each vent and a vacuum he said would fix the problem I paid him $499.00 plus tax. Tech told me I wouldn't need him for 5 years. He left and the next day the dust was just as bad as ever. I called and complained and was told it takes a few days. Tech came back and said everything was fine. It wasn't fine. I had white dust all over my house. Bottom line, I had to call a real furnace cleaning company to get the job done. White dust all over your furniture IS NOT CLEAN. This company has no idea how to clean a furnace.
