  Called Mister Sparky this morning about installing a ceiling fan in a high ceiling. Patrick Hickey was at my place this afternoon and gave me a very reasonable price, had what he needed to do the job, and did it well and quickly. Great experience with the company and the electrician.

  Had mister sparky come out to check on tripped breaker. Patrick Hickey was very professional and did an awesome job tracing problem back to one of their former employees mistake. The job was considered a warranty job even though it might not have been because of the former employee. I would recommend mister sparky and especially Patrick to do work for me. Patrick has been out to my house before and i will be getting additional work done. Thanks again for taking care of my problem.

  I called late last night after having some concerning electrical issues in the house. Kyle showed up first thing this morning to help solve our electrical issue after a power surge. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

  I lost electric to the back half of my house which of course had to happen on a Saturday at 5pm. I have 3 children and all their bedrooms are in that part of the house. I started googling emergency electricians, and filled out a few inquiries of close ones I found on Google. Mister Sparky was the first to call me and had great reviews, they had an opening that night for a 6p-8p timeframe, so I eagerly scheduled. 8:15 rolls around and I hadnt heard from a technician, I called the after hours call center and they said they were probably just running late from the last call. Okay, no worries. 9pm rolls around and I still haven't heard anything, I call back. I get told they have until midnight to show up and are just running late. Frustrating as it's late and I have going children but okay. 1130pm rolls around and no one has come or so much as called. I call again, the agent tries to call the technician and says they didn't answer and they will have to schedule me another time. I'm extremely frustrated as I now have 3 children who don't have electric in their rooms and have stayed up waiting for someone to come fix it just for no one to come. I could have just scheduled an emergency visit with another company at 5pm if I would have known I would have been waiting all night just for no one to even show up or call. With all of the positive reviews on this company this was an extremely disappointing experience.

  I am so happy to have chosen Mister Sparky! We had an electrical fire Saturday evening and everyone we have dealt with has been professional, nice and supportive. The operator on the phone made sure to collect all the necessary information and made sure we knew the process of what would happen when a dispatcher came out. Andrew came the following day and was awesome! He was very kind, and thorough. He explained what he was going to look at and what he was looking for and what he was seeing. He even shared pictures with us when he had to go up in the ceiling. He was very dedicated on getting our power back up and running and worked late into the night for us so we didn’t have to go another day without power. He really went above and beyond. We were overwhelmed and felt very out of depth with everything having never been in this situation or having delt with an electrical problem and Andrew made us feel knowledgeable about what was going on in our house as well as making us feel safe. I hope we don’t run into anymore electrical problem but if we do Mister Sparky will be getting our business. I can’t say enough about the experience and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you so much Andrew and Mr. Sparky!
