  Very professional, amazing work! They absolutely knocked it out of the park! Josue Evelio was the project manager, he let me know every step of the way, always kept me up to date on how the project was going. Highly recommend this company to anybody looking for work on their home! Will be a returning customer!

  Above and beyond professional! I have had many companies come out to my home after storm damage. Victor's was by far the most thorough with their process. Jack and George listened, took photographs of the damage and inspected all areas before giving us several options. They found additional items that we did not know were damaged. I am beyond pleased with the team! Thank you all for your exceptional work and high standards!

  From the first conversation with Will, to set up an inspection appointment, to the very end of the installation was only a 5 day process that ended with us being so very satisfied. Our roof inspector, Candace, arrived on time and was a hit from the get go and left us feeling as though we’d known her forever. She is a knowledgeable and confident professional and was efficient and thorough making absolutely sure we understood every aspect of the condition of our roof. Having her be the first line representation for Victors is a wise move; she’s a star! Scheduling was handled by Dave and we had an easy conversation about what would happen next and when it would happen; spot on. Tuesday morning was met with a ready crew at 7:00 a.m. and were all hard at work on the roof by 7:30! Crew chief, Darryl, was a joy, as well. He kept me informed and gave me just the right amount of attention with regards to the day’s progress. Kudos are due for all the guys on the roof! They were all courteous and professional and exceeded our expectations; in fact, EVERYONE At Victors has been top shelf and we will be recommending them to anyone needing their services! 5 stars across the board. Victor Smolyanov has done a fine job by hiring the best people and we thank him!

  Wes thoroughly evaluated the roof, inside and out. It was good to learn about the current condition of the roof and the root causes for the minor leaks. He was very professional and attentive to our needs for repairing the roof. The details of the repair option are perfect for our situation. The Roof Max treatment looks good, and I feel better knowing that the damaged shingles were replaced, caulking redone, and missing flashing were replaced. Thanks to Logan, Josue, and Alex and the crew.
