- RErob edwardsSep 9, 20252.0Called in and rented a lift and trailer, front desk was helpful. Went out to the yard they got me hooked up the a trailer and put the lift on it, trailer would not lift the lift, they messed around with it and ultimately had to put a new battery in it. Ok, fine took longer but it worked and got me going, there was nothing to tie it down, they brought out 2 ratchet straps, at this point it was what ever I had a job to get back to. I went and did my job, I plugged in the trailer so the battery would be at full charge when it was time to load back up. Loaded back up and brought it back. Lift was I think $225, that trailer was more then the lift and they charged me $18 rental for 2 ratchet straps to tie their lift down. I have never been charged for tiedown equipment when renting equipment and a trailer at the same time. Will be taking mine and my companies business elsewhere in the future.
