- JJjedimasterburstOct 15, 20254.0Customer service was awesome especially Kyle Troutman and Jeanette Hillman. They did a wonderful job. The install took 5 hours to do from start to finish, the installer did a great job. The only reason for the 4 of 5 in stead of 5 out 5, was the 1 week delay due to weather and the installer forgetting the tool to do the anchors. So he is going to have to come out again to install the anchors. Other than those two things everything went swimmingly.
