    Customer service was awesome especially Kyle Troutman and Jeanette Hillman. They did a wonderful job. The install took 5 hours to do from start to finish, the installer did a great job. The only reason for the 4 of 5 in stead of 5 out 5, was the 1 week delay due to weather and the installer forgetting the tool to do the anchors. So he is going to have to come out again to install the anchors. Other than those two things everything went swimmingly.

    My experience was with Kyle Troutman, Sharonville location. I had lost the key to our 10X20 shed and you can imagine my concern. After explaining the problem, issue solved in minutes. Great experience, very personal kind of guy. Thank you Kyle.....

    Great experience thus far. Kyle was great at communicating with me while I was in the pre-decision phase of the process. I shared with him my thoughts and what I was looking for, and he was excellent at answering my questions via text, email and eventfully over the phone.

    Ordered a shed for my WV property. The installer done a poor job at blocking up the shed. Used untreated wood and some of my 15+ year old 1x6 deck boards that I used to show where I wanted the shed. They were also protruding pretty far out of the shed bottom. They sent a 2nd installer out which fixed the blocking. Wasn't sure why they added the center support and says it wasn't needed nor was even touching the ground. This also confused me because the person at Tuff shed I was communicating with via text said there should be 2. So I don't know what is what. Do I need them or don't I? Regardless the 1st installer definitely messed that up. Oh and the center support was also my 15+ year old deck board. 2nd installer also found that they didn't caulk a section that the 1st installer should have. So part of it was good and part not.
