Add that with my call yesterday I was holding from Springboro to Mason,, yea about a 20min ride on hold. Just imagine the unseen revenue that HANGS UP AND SHOPS AT OTHER LOCATIONS! I Know I Did...! Do better PLEASE! Cause time is Money and "Can you hold" is holding up YOURS AND THE CUSTOMER/BUISNESS*MONEY! DO BETTER!
