  These guys were beyond amazing. the main man John France came extra early to fit in an aspestos testing just so i could get a quicker confirmation of my aspestos because i did everything you are not supposed to do with it with it (not a typo say it out loud). he didnt try to upcharge me and even told me what i should do on my own to save me as much money as possible. BUUUUUUUT he did say to test the air for aspestos at like $1,000, and did not mention a $70 alternative until i mentioned it (testing the glue rather than the air) still happy though. good guy, i didnt end up needing his services but he was just super helpful and informative

  Rainbow did an excellent job removing asbestos tile from our basement! They scheduled us very quickly and did the work promptly. We are very pleased with their service. Would highly recommend.

  I had used this company in the past for black mold and was very happy with the people and the service. I have decided to redo the basement and sadly discovered the tile is asbestos. I had good conversations with the people at the office, discussed issues, and received prompt communication. I had several other estimates, but knowing I had a positive experience previously, I went with them. All was good until the workers arrived. The person in charge was extremely hard to understand and was annoyed when I had to keep asking him to repeat. He also let it be known that I went from the front to the back of my house too slowly. I told him I would meet him in the back, and by the time I got there, he was yanking on my garage door. I, of course, have no idea what he was saying to the other workers, but they kept looking at me. He was rude, shoving papers in my face telling me to read it. I also didn't appreciate him spitting on my steps, sidewalk, flowerbeds, etc. I did tell him that was disgusting and not to do it again. One part that was supposed to be done I'm pretty confident didn't happen since I was sitting outside watching them go back and forth but I have no proof and he denied it so I let it go. The workers seemed to do a good job, so I am happy with that. As the 'boss' was leaving, he leaned over my flowerbed to look to see what was on my table/in the kitchen. I didn't appreciate that either.
