- JSJames Schmitt4 days ago5.0Quality Comfort Home Services HVAC recently completed installation of a new high-efficiency gas boiler in our home. They were the only HVAC company of the 4 companies that we consulted that was able to figure out a way to vent the new boiler so that a high-efficiency boiler could be installed in our older home. The other 3 companies could only offer installation of a boiler which was not high efficiency, and their bids for the standard (lower efficiency) boiler were either the same or much higher than we ultimately paid for Quality Comfort to install our high efficiency system. In addition, Quality Comfort was able to determine why a radiator in our home (which had not been working for a few years) was no longer working, and they were able to work out a solution to get the radiator working again. They were very thorough and neat, and their communication and followup with us was great. We were extremely pleased with their services and will certainly use them again.

- RRrlorenzoDec 16, 20255.0I reach out to Quality Comfort Home Services a couple of days ago to get an estimate for a new HVAC. Getting the appointment was very easy and the next day they sent Steve D. He was on time and friendly. I told him the situation that my furnace seems struggling to blow some heat. He looked at the furnace and told me about the problem and gave me some figures but he said I don’t need replacement unit because it’s only 5 yrs old but needed some repairs done to get my furnace back in order. The experienced with Steve was a delight, not pushing to get a sale so I liked that. Company B came and sent their Technician but did not address my pressing concerns properly so needless to say I ended up calling Quality Comfort Home Services again simply because of Steve’s honesty and insights. The next day, they sent Ethan S to me for getting my furnace problem squared. Ethan took his time in diagnosing and troubleshooting my unit. After that, he came up to me and show me pictures and videos he took, pointed out the problem, and recommended the best way path forward. All in all I’m happy with the end result and I discussed my my next project to Ethan which was a duct cleaning so my furnace will blow more air efficiently. Will definitely work with this company again. Thank you Steve and Ethan!
