  My furnace was out since 3/12 after my calls went unanswered from another company. My buddy recommended One Hour and that was the best decision I’ve ever made! They were here in less than an hour and had my furnace up and running. And still took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and made sure everything was working properly before he left!!! I would highly recommend them for any type of hvac service needed. There was no hemming and hawing or any kind of upsell, they were honest and upfront about what was needed, and that’s hard to find these days. 10/10 highly recommend.

  We’ve been using these guys for HVAC for our house for years and they’ve always been great. We had our winter system maintenance check recently and they suggested we consider getting a new HVAC unit as ours was 13 years old and rusty/leaking refrigerant. The whole process was very smooth. They came out to give us an estimate and answered all of our questions when choosing a new unit. They were able to come out just a few days later and installed everything in one day. Everyone working was very courteous and they walked us through our new system once it was set up. They even did a complementary duct cleaning for us a couple days later. All in all, we’ve had a wonderful experience with One Hour and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

  The Service Technician arrived on time. Checked out my furnace well. Made an adjustment on the whole house humidifier. Explained everything to my satisfaction. AND….did not try to upsell anything. I have used this company for years. Very satisfied with their service. I pay what I consider a reasonable monthly fee. That entitles me to a yearly visit for both the air conditioner and furnace.

  Bobby saved me $$!!! My heat pump wasn’t working and was told by another it needed replaced, along with the condenser. Turns out, Bobby arrived from One Hour & checked the heat pump and my thermostat. Turns out there is a setting for “auxiliary” (if I recall correctly) on the thermostat and once he modified the setting, the heat pump & condenser kicked on!!! CAN’T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! VERY HAPPY AND RELIEVED FINANCIALLY! The following day, Brice and Briggs arrived timely within the frame provided by One Hour. They installed a new humidifier on the HVAC as the old one did not function & the price was reasonable, especially after One Hour saved me so much money. Now I have the convenience of doing nothing, except turn the switch to “summer” or “winter” when seasons change. Much easier than dealing with the portable humidifier I bought in January!!! Thanks again to One Hour Heating and their great staff!! Highly recommend your company!! One Hour is now providing system check ups 2 times a year. On 3.12.26, Drew Duff arrived to provide the maintenance check up on the HVAC system & condenser. He was very cordial and timely. All checked out good! Thank you Drew!

  Tom Miller, Anthony Bailey and Jason Saylor. Between the three of them, they did a fantastic job. Tom Miller explained throughly how each model runs and what’s best for our home. When Jason Saylor and Anthony Bailey came out to install. They kept us informed on how the installation was going. One installation was completed they showed me how everything works and cleaned up after themselves.
