Jason Bingaman was the technician who handled everything, and he was outstanding from start to finish. Jason was extremely professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He explained what he was doing, answered every question without rushing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. On top of that, he was great with my pets and genuinely amazing with my kids — patient, friendly, and just an all-around good guy to have in your home. It’s rare to get this level of customer service anymore, and Jason delivered it effortlessly. I’d absolutely recommend One Hour Heating & Cooling, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Jason as your tech.

You installed my current furnace over 10 years ago and have provided excellent service. I only gave you 4 stars due to the latest change you've made to your technicians this past year. They're very good at their job but they seem to be spending as much time trying to make a sale as they do hvac work. This is very disturbing since they aren't trained to do sales. Other than that they do a great job.

He came in and quickly diagnosed the issue. He drew up an estimate and quickly got to work. After troubleshooting the issue, he then continued to check everything else on the unit and complete his service call. He was thorough, professional, and very kind. He explained everything clearly and as this isn’t my field of knowledge, he took the time to educate me on what happened, outcomes, and other troubleshoots for me to know if something arises. 100% using this company going forward for all our hvac needs.
