I had questions about the water heater as well and he went the extra mile to send pictures & get answers from the proper person. I will definitely sign up for their furnace checkups and will ask for Kevin for the visits. I’m sold in the company thanks to Kevin!

After diagnostics and visual inspection, I discovered unattached wires and an incompatible capacitor were the reasons for my problems. After these issues were corrected, my house heated up quickly, just as it used to. I was happy to feel the heat again and relieved I did not have to worry about the expense or inconvenience of replacing my compressor. Thank you much, Kevin.
