Mike Hensley plumbing sent a supposed plumber to my house who came into my house and spoke to me disrespectfully and was very rude, and not even able to even break a smile as he kept disputing what I was telling him about the problem with my toilet.
Either Mike Hensley isn't training his employees the proper ways to effectively deal with clients in a respectful manner, or Mike Hensley no longer has the time or willing to put forth the effort to train his employees how to deal with customers appropriately.
The so-called plumber that Mike sent to my house cut the retainer bolts on my toilet and let the water flood all over my bathroom and into my bedroom, and as I was a contractor for many years myself, I know this guy should have taken most of the water out of the toilet before removing it, none of which this guy did.
After this guy removed my toilet, he took the old toilet wax ring off and I found the old dirty wax ring all over my bathroom floor, on my sink, and all over my tub. This so-called plumber replaced the toilet after supposedly unclogging the toilet, and just left my house with three inches of water in my bathroom going into my living room.
To beat all odds, this guy didn't even take the time to shorten the closet retaining bolts to but back the caps that go on this pink toilet which covers the bolts, and put his garbage into my new waste bucket along with the old dirty wax ring without even asking me if that was OK with me.
After this guy left, it took me two hours to clean up his mess, and clean my garbage pail and all the areas where his grimy hands left the old wax ring marks on all the things he touched in my bathroom. Would you want to pay a plumber to come to your house and leave it in such disaray?
And when I called Mike Hensely Plumbing to report this incident, the secretary put me on hold and left me on hold. They have two numbers, so I called the other number and got the same secretary, who also put me on hold.
I called back again, and the secretary must have recognized my number, and my phone call went straight to Mike Hensley's voice mail. I left a detailed message the best I could on Mike's voice mail, as it cut me off shortly from leaving any further message.
I left that message on Mike's voice mail yesterday morning, Monday, and here it is Tuesday at 10:00 am and I still have yet to receive a phone call back about the incident that took place regarding my toilet.
When I ran my home improvement business for over forty years, I always got back with a client in less than twenty-four hours. If you are like me, this kind of business makes one feel uncomfortable about doing business with a company where if there is a problem with the service there is no one that you can contact to get the problem or issue solved.
As a former business owner and one who knows firsthand how an employee should treat and deal with a customer and how an employee should clean up their mess after performing a task in a customer's home, I would not recommend Mike Hensely Plumbing to no one who wants a job well done.
