The manager and the owner has no form of accountability, and when their company makes massive errors, they refuse to hold any accountability. They were over a week late to deliver my order, and never was able to process my order. I’ve went into the store three times to try to speed up the process of my order, and every time I was blown off and told that there are more important customers than myself and that I was not important enough to be delivered that day. We place orders regularly and will be trying out united for future deliveries and Lowe’s for pickups. Do not pay the premium m an m wants to charge but offer worst customer service than the box stores.
