- CMCindy McGathNov 30, 20251.0I would never recommend JFK Windows. I was supposed to have my windows installed the 1st of September. They have canceled the install 6 times as of the latest being today (11/28/25). I received no call or communication from Them to let me know they weren't showing up again. As of today I have now moved my furniture 6 times. I was promised by Brad (installer) that my window install would not be canceled again. Tyler has been working with me to get the install done. He has had every excuse possible when they don't show up! Tyler has been horrible to work with and I can honestly say that this is the worst company I've ever worked with!

He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We ordered 2 doors . After several weeks, one of the doors came in. Two men, Joey and Jason, came to install them. These guys were not handymen, they were craftsmen. The second door came in several weeks later and again, it was Joey and Jason. They were perfectionist in every way. And who doesn't love workers who clean up after themselves? I highly recommend JFK Window & Door Company.

We even had windows removed from the breakfast nook and put in a sliding door there. They have a showroom in Forest Park. There is a variety of window glass appearances and door shapes and finishes to select from. We love the door and have gotten many compliments on it. I really think it enhances the value of our house. The doors are around 4 or 5 years old now and have always worked flawlessly. They are very solid, substantial/heavy, and leakproof. Nice installation craftsmanship. I think the front door plus sidelights was about $6k and the back door and back sliding door was also $6k.
