To our surprise the roof was in terrible shape- leaking in the attic and shingles were falling apart. Brian came out in November and did an inspection and we knew we needed a new roof. Put it on the back burner for a few months- was getting other quotes. I was sold on this company. Everythung was explained, the price was just right. Just had a new roof placed this Monday 2-23-26. This was done in such a timely manner. Everything was organized. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful. The entire team was great. Overall I had a great experience and now have a solid roof with a good warranty.

The installer did not bring enough material to install it at the recommended level. They were able to install it and install it above the garage also, even though that wasn’t included in the contract. They said we had more insulation in our attic than we were told so they were able to complete the job. I feel that they are using a bait and switch system to get jobs.

They communicated everything throughout the process and even reached out the night before to confirm my appointment for the next day. The crew showed up promptly, did quality work, and went the extra mile to help solve an issue with my chimney stack that wasn’t sealed properly. Big shout-out to Robert, aka ‘Hoss,’ for coming out and walking me through the entire process while treating me like family—not just another customer. Very respectful and knowledgeable. The cleanup afterward was top-notch as well. They went over everything with a fine-tooth comb, combing through the snow and finding any debris. Very impressive. 10/10—would recommend to anyone.
