Was thrilled they cleaned and used the old brick when possible. The mortar match of color was done with great care and precision. Great value for the price and expertise!

As the pavers and retaining walls deteriorated with time I exclusively used Hicon on 5 different occasions over 8 years to repair and modify them. This ranged from small projects like resetting pavers and repairing walls to a large scale change to the existing walls. I have always worked with Steve Parrot and his crew. Steve always promptly responded to my requests listened to my needs and concerns and always followed through. Every person on his crew was exceptional in the quality of their work and pleasant attitude even when I requested minor changes. On one occasion there was a major problem with a wall they installed sinking. It required major modifications that required a week to repair. The promptly handled this at no charge. Based on my experience Hicon represents the gold standard for their industry .

I would send a picture of their work but the repair was so good you couldn't tell where they repaired it. They did a great job!! Everything was perfectly clean when they left too.
