  Frank Niesen Co recently replaced the water line in our yard, which suddenly was broken. All levels of the company that I connected with were professional, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They were courteous and responsive and always answered my questions and phone calls with a live person. I would certainly call them again with any plumbing needs, whether it was an emergency (like this one) or not. Thank you for your work!

  I had a water line break from the street to my house and The Niesen Company replaced the entire line right away and did a professional job!

  Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

  Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.
