  Just a heads-up for anyone looking at the new homes in Oakley Foundry Park that were part of Homearama Cincinnati — most of them have elevators installed by Custom Home Elevator & Lift. I originally had my elevator installed by them too, but when it stopped working and I called for service, they told me they no longer handle residential elevators. I ended up using Executive Elevator out of Louisville, and they did a fantastic job! Super professional and easy to work with. So for anyone buying one of those homes, just keep in mind that Custom Home Elevator & Lift Co., Inc. requires a yearly service agreement if you ever want them to come back out for maintenance or repairs. Hopefully this helps someone avoid the surprise I had!

  These characters promise the moon and deliver nothing. They have 1 guy who services their chair lifts but also the elevators. My chair lift was out of order for almost 2 weeks. I called and called, no service available. This was the same problem I called about a couple of months ago. I was not going to pay over $300 to have them come out and complete service for the same problem. The owner then called to say the $304 invoice will be considered paid but I am no longer their customer. Does this tell you anymore you need to know about this business?

  Dave Hand and the staff at Custom Home Elevator was great. Dave knew exactly what needed to be done to get my house ready for their installation. The installers arrived on time, observed healthy practices and cleaned up each day they worked. The installation and placement of equipment in machine area is neat and to my specifications. Installers adjusted lighting, explained operation of elevator and what to expect. Elevator makes lower level of our home much more useful. We love our elevator!

  I was very pleased with the service Custom Home Elevator and Lift Co provided in installing a stair lift at my home. There was no hard sell sales pressure. They patiently provided answers to all of my numerous questions about the various models and options that were available. They were able to help me select the best model for my needs. The installation person was very friendly and quickly resolved a factory related problem with the motorized seat.

  I called this company because two others had said a stair lift would not fit In my stairway. They came in and said it WOULD be possible! My lift is in and I use it every day. They have been very reliable and respond fast to any questions I might have. The lift has enabled me to live in my home and still enjoy my upstairs. Thanks to all at Custom Home Elevator and Lift Co. You are appreciated!
