  Worst Customer Service company. Buy 3 kitchens, third kitchen has 3 broken doors and they will not honor under warranty. Earlier when purchasing they did a bait and switch on the door handles and did not order the sink as part of the original estimate. Would not recommend Now customer service saying my problem and i need to buy additional doors to replace Just received a phone call... and just got told I need to read the fine print better in the warranty and that the doors are not covered. HORRIBLE.

  Drew did an amazing job helping us sort out 2 kitchens, 2 walk in closets and a pantry for 2 bathrooms! Very pleased with our purchase and service received!

  Called and made an appointment for noon on sat ,show up the clown i spoke to on the phone "forgot " and told me to come back , we drove for nothing ,thanks clowns

  Janet did a great job helping us with actually 2 home improvement projects. Last time was our kitchen and this time our laundry room. The cabinets are easy to put together and have the slow close feature. They are very nice quality for a diy project. All hinges are pre attached you just connect and tighten.

  Recently we had out kitchen completed by Cabinets to Go. Floors, cabinet's and counter top. Out intial appointment with Drew, we walked away confident this is who we wanted to use. We had gone to another company and was ready to pull the trigger until the price whnt up about $3,500. My hisbane said lets check someone else out. We can't say enough about the whole expierence from start to finish. The cabinets, themselves are fanasitc quality. We did two tone and could not love the look anymore than we do. I fell in love with the flooring as soon as Drew showed it to me. He gave me other suggestions but the first one was it. The counter top is so beautiful and sets the kitchen off. Kevin and Drew are so great to work with. No pressure, went through all of our options. Suggested things when we wasn't sure about something. After our first design meeting we left there and went to dinner and had already decided this is who we ant to redo our kitchen. Everyone out at the Cincinnati location ar wonderful to deal with. We have reccomened them to everyone and will contuine to do so.
