I always request these same installers since they truly know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them ANYTIME for your air conditioning and furnace needs.
- IVI AM VOICELESSJan 20, 20251.0Baker installed our new gas furnace incorrectly, leading to a gas leak and causing my family to be sick. Duke Energy came out and had to fix their mistake. They tested the leak and confirmed that it was due to one of the unions not being tightened correctly by Baker services. Baker also lied and said that they were at my door / left a voicemail the day prior to fix the leak. I checked my cameras and looked at my voicemail, but found nothing from them. They are dishonest and negligent!
