    Nathan did a great job after our first Apollo technician left the gas running without a flame, thus filling our house with natural gas. Post fire department, post gas company stops, Nathan showed up, quickly diagnosed the true furnace issue, got the parts ordered and installed and fixed quickly and efficiently the next day. Nathan did a great job explaining how everything works and is an excellent TECHNICIAN! I wish Apollo would let their techs just be techs. This is where the 5 star rating ends and 1-2 star rating starts. Post diagnosing the issue I felt like I was dealing with a used car’s salesman. He originally quoted me $2K for a gas valve replacement ($100 part) if I wasn’t in their care program but after all the fire department debacles and “talking to his manager” he gets me down to $1,200 (we’re taking $500 off, sounds great right). I started questioning because that still didn’t feel right and he took another $100 off. I wasn’t trying to haggle nor do I want to deal with haggling for home repairs, so the whole exchange was awkward. I left without much choice because I have young children and needed my heat but the cost just didn’t feel right to me. The next day I called a 2nd company in to give a 2nd opinion. They did find the exact same issue (again, Nathan is an awesome tech so diagnosed it correctly) but they quoted $700 with their care program. No haggling, no eye rolling on my part, just an upfront, honest and reasonable quote. Thanks again to Nathan for fixing this specific issue, but I will be cancelling my Apollo care program and going with this other company going forward. I do not want to me floored every time work is needed/suggested by Apollo’s crazy quoting process.

    Nick was very knowledgeable. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Came to fix a simple water leak below the sink. When he shut the main off we noticed a leak at the valve. Called the Lockland fire dept. to get the water outside shut off so he could fix the leak at the valve. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone. I'm switching to Apollo from now on. My other plumber said they couldn't get here for three weeks. Apollo came the next day. I would give them 12 stars if I could.

    I feel this was a total waste of time! I scheduled an appointment for an EV charger installation estimate. The appointment was from 8-12am. I reached to them at 11:06 to make sure the appointment had not been overlooked. They responded that I was next on the list at 11:11am. I received a message at 11:23 saying the technician was on the way. It was 12:30pm so I canceled the appointment. Best of luck getting them to respect an appointment. I believe they were the first in my Google search aand that they set a horrible example to me. Luckily they are not the oonly service provider. I wouldn't recommend them.

    People make a company and I am writing this review to recognize some of the great people I have gotten exposure to at Apollo Home in the past few months. Over the past few months we have had issues addressed and resolved by Apollo as well as some proactive maintenance done to our home. Some of the wonderful team members we have interacted with include Kellen (plumbing camera inspection / coordinator of work to be complete), Cody (plumbing), Tristin (downspouts line installer), and Aiden (handyman). All of these individuals demonstrated a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service. It feels like Apollo can be expensive at times, but I do believe you get what you pay for. Apollo is always reachable via their call center, leverages email and text communication to keep you informed on appointments/arrival time, puts on "booties" over their shoes to not bring in dirt into your home, and makes things right if things don't meet expectations. I put a lot of value on these attributes. As an Apollo Care member, they are often my first call for services they cover (or provide maintenance wise as a member).

    Where do I begin with this? I called Apollo after getting a few other quotes for HVAC replacement. Their scheduling process was easy and they had Matt come by to measure my system. During the process I mentioned I had a few other quotes and thats when everything changed. Matt became increasingly frustrated and awkward with building the right system for my house. He was not knowledgeable on Daiken at all or any of their technology or models. In the end it became a bit of a shouting match with me just asking for a written quote. Matt refused and said everything had to be negotiated right now with his manager on speaker phone. In all my years of having home repair work done, never have a dealt with a more unprofessional salesman. I ended up having to kick him out of my house after he refused to provide a written quote. I was trying to find a Daikin system that is right for my house. I have quotes around $13-$14k. Apollo started off at $27K!! I would never consider doing business with this company! I was treated so much better by every single HVAC company so far. Edit: The sales manager and general manager both reached out to me immediately to attempt to remedy the situation and provide a competitive quote. They stated my experience is not what they expect and they are working on the making this better. I look forward to receiving a quote so I can make an informed decision. Last Edit: The sales manager and GM lied about following up with a quote. They never contacted me back. Definitely would not do any business with them!
