  Was told would be a free estimate for first time customer from the lady on the phone then the guy gets here and says I either pay for the estimate or I buy a warranty for like a years worth of service if I end up using them! Was total scam then the contractor was scheduled to come out and oil told him to wait I'll call him and schedule a time if I need them and he told me basically he was going to hangout and take a lunch and and try and come back by and continued to harass my phone for a few calls! Horrible experience salesman is all they are

  We called because our tankless water heater stopped working. The tech said that to replace several parts that could be causing an issue, the cost for labor and parts would be around $2,000. They also stated that once my type of water heater starts to malfunction, they tend to keep malfunctioning. To avoid the problem in the future, she quoted replacement of the system plus installation of a water softener and addition of an intake pipe to the outside of our house at $13,000. With coupons, they ‘generously’ brought the price down to $10,000. We called Don Flanagan plumbing for a second quote who came out and fixed the problem within a couple of hours for $314. Please get a second opinion/quote for the services this company is providing. They have no qualms about charging you much more than they should and misleading you about what is necessary to fix your problem.

  We recently used Apollo to service our furnace. The furnace was working, but kept overheating and restarting the entire system. A tech was quickly scheduled and showed up to site. The technician quickly said we had pin holes in our heat exchanger and even showed us some pictures the he supposedly took. He claimed there wasn’t much he could do and strongly recommended that we replace the entire furnace. That same day, they sent a project manager to quote a furnace. He tried to push for a signature on the spot and called several times after he left. We reached out to another HVAC company to get a second opinion. They reviewed all of the components and even opened up the unit to show us that our heat exchanger was actually in great condition. The only issue was that our gas valve needed to be adjusted. This leads me to believe that Apollo was trying to take advantage of us and make a quick sale.

  I called Apollo home as my sink and disposal were leaking and they had Matt Kuhl out to my the same day. He came and answered all my questions, went above and beyond in customer service, had me fixed up and ready to go in relatively short order, and did such an outstanding job at both the service repair itself and sales pitch (and answering a few questions I had additionally) that I signed up for their Apollo service plan. I’m gonna be seeing their vans again I’m sure, given other work I need done and they cover it all not just plumbing. Thanks Apollo

  I called to schedule for Apollo Home to come out and give me an estimate for air duct cleaning. I was told that they could only give a 12hr window of 8-8, (which is ridiculous ) but I said fine but make it 8-5. I get a call at 3 day of appointment that they are stuck on their other job and can't make it to my house. She offered to come the next day but again another time frame now of 8-11. I told her that was unacceptable as I wasted a whole day waiting on them only to cancel and then they wanted me to waste another 3hrs as if I have nothing to do but wait around for them. When I told her it was unacceptable, I needed a specific time, she said that won't happen, I proceeded to tell her all this was unacceptable and as I was talking she hung up on me... Bad business, won't ever call them for nothing!
