  I have been served by A&E Door for several years. Their technicians have always been reliable, on time and efficient. Several have educated me on what i can do to maintain my garage door myself. Thanks to their efforts, my 35-year-old garage door still works just fine.

  We’ve always had great “service” with AE Door but our “installation” didn’t go as well. We have 3 garage doors (one was replaced last year) so we decided to replace the other two so the new technology would all work together. The new pads on our garage wall were installed opposite then the way they’ve always been which made it confusing and he did not install a new keypad outside, therefore the existing pad wasn’t capable to work with our new system. I had to call to ask him to come back to give us a new key pad and he charged me another $50 when I just wrote him a check for $1700 earlier in the day. Felt we deserved better service than what we paid for.

  I've been listening to A&E advertise that they "Sell the best, and service the rest!" my entire life. The slogan is great and it's ingrained in my mind. However, it's untrue. I'm in need of window service and so naturally this was the first call I made. I was told, rather rudely that they do not service windows they didn't sell. When I inquired as to why they advertise otherwise, I was told that it was a 40 yr. old slogan that was just never changed. Sorry. False advertising at it's finest. When I get my windows replaced, this will be the last call I make.

  John the installer was very professional and knowledgeable about our garage install. He installed it quickly but also adjusted our railings and lubricated them as well. All in all We are very happy. Bernadette also was very nice when called for the installation appointment

  The technician was knowledgeable, competent and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, secured the parts and completed the work in a timely manner. I was pleased with the charge for this service and very appreciated having a garage door that now operates as it should.
