  Your service rep was great, no issue with him. I know you charge by the job but i feel that $760.00 for 45 minutes work is excessive. That $760.00 was after the $59.00 credit for being a member. I will have to shop price in the future. When retired every dollar counts.

  William was great. We had someone previously come in but didn’t fix the problem within the three hours they were here. He found the problem in 10 minutes. Super easy and fun to talk to too!

  JOSEPH told me what he was going to do to fix the problem I had. He asked me if there was anything else that needed to be done. He even educated me on a product that I used that would distroy my plastic pipes if I used it . NO wonder my pumbing had issues. He was great! He wasn't just a great plumber but; a really great guy & thoughtful person. He is welcome in my home anytime!!!!

  Ethan did a great job of serving our request. He walked around the house looking for leaks and areas of mold and helped alleviate concerns on how to have new tub installed. He walked me through the entire process and showed what steps needed to be taken. Ethan is very friendly and knows how to meet the Customers needs.

  No showed me! Called with sewage back up in shower. She escalated it to an emergency call and booked me with a no time appointment. Informed me that I would get word of when they would be out when the plumber acknowledged the ticket. She said she had talked to him and he was aware it was coming. So, when I got a text 5-10 mins later telling me they would be here between 6-8, I assumed that was him acknowledging it. Never got anything else from them. I called at 8:30 the AI prompter sent me to the business hours office phone with a voicemail to call the number I just called to reach someone after hours. 30-45 mins later I call again. Demanded the AI give me a person as the company has no showed me. The individual told me that I should not have received the text message I did. I said not my fault you guys are pushing 90 mins late now. Kids are going to bed so I need y'all to be here first thing in the morning. "I don't have that appointment available" well you are already late so you are going to fix this and get me in first thing. Best he could do was get me in to the original time slot she was trying to put me in before upgrading me to an emergency service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY DON'T HOLD THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN.
