  Plumber Chris Peterson was very good, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond. Now —. Get rid of your AI for answering calls. It’s ridiculous and frustrating. Had my info all incorrect and didn’t capture our plan. Very frustrating.

  No communication whatsoever. Just arrived randomly with no heads up. Didnt warn us when to not use the restroom and took two days to complete instead of the one day like I was told. Not happy as well because, since we were not warned to not use the restroom, when my pregnant girlfriend had to go to the bathroom, it was only then he spoke to any of us, and that was to tell her not to use the bathroom. Also, not sure why I now have two PVC pipes sticking out of my yard instead of just the original. Nothing was really explained to me. Happy the pipe is fixed it had to be done, but communication with us could’ve been much better. Theres still bits of the old sewage pipe in my yard as well. Why wasn’t that all picked up and disposed of? Just looks sloppy.

  $311 to connect a bathroom sink drain with all parts supplied by me. They do up front pricing, so that’s on me. But they will overcharge you and then do nothing to try to make it right. Waylon claimed to have spent 1.75 hours on the job with drive time, he was at my house for 27 mins. 5 of those he spent in the van. 4 mins when he got there. Don’t do what I did, skip Apollo and get someone else.

  I had a great experience with Eric, who came out to resolve a backup in our laundry room drain. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, professional, and clearly knew his craft. What stood out most was his attention to detail and focus on getting the job done right the first time. He didn’t rush—he took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explain what was going on, and walk me through the solution in a way that was easy to understand. That level of transparency and expertise really builds trust. Eric also made sure everything was cleaned up before he left, which I appreciated more than anything. You could tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. If this is the standard this company operates at, they’re doing it right. Highly recommend—and I’d gladly request Eric again.

  Let me start out with the only positive thing I have to say, which is Brian my Plumber was wonderful. Apollo came out to give an estimate that included installing a new garbage disposal, adding new shut off valves under the kitchen sink and connecting the faucet.That totaled just under $900! Keep in mind that was all labor except for the two shut off valves which are very inexpensive parts. We had already purchased the pipes and the garbage disposal. Once the work was started after the Inspection and estimate was given The plumber informed me that the pipes did not match up to the disposal properly, and that he could “rig” it to work But he couldn’t guarantee it would not leak down the road. I told him I was uncomfortable with that and I would prefer him just put a basket strainer in and do away with the garbage disposal as I don’t really use it that much. He informed me that I would have to pay half of the disposal installation which was over $225 because he had already spent 10 minutes on it and then an additional approx $450 To install the basket strainer. I called the shop to try to talk to somebody about it but got no information except that they wanted Brian to finish up the job and move on to the next customer. They told him if what he rigged up was not leaking at the moment he needed to move on and forget about the basket strainer, even though that is what I asked for. Absolutely terrible service. The manager at Apollo would not get on the phone with me. Instead he called the plumber who went outside to have a conversation. To top it all off after he left, I got quotes from two other plumbers, which were much less expensive And they had a recommendation for how to resolve the issue with the piping and garbage disposal. I have never heard of a plumbing company that charges 400+ dollars per hour For labor. This may be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a Service provider. Make sure to get quotes from other companies before you use Apollo. They are outrageously expensive and the service you get is terrible on top of it.
