  I’ve used AE doors and windows twice. I usually talk to Scott and he was always helpful and made the order process super easy. I recently got another garage done at my new home and was told my balance was $451.00 assuming this was due to the promotional text I got…. I stood next to the installer who told me my balance and listened to the lady on speaker on the phone who said my charge went through and everything was all good. I get an email from Meghan a few days later stating I owe $651.00. I advised that’s not possible since I paid otp with the installer and another rep who said it was all good to go before they left the job. I asked for a supervisor since clearly there was a mistake on the quote. Meghan calls me and 1. Tone was rude 2. I didn’t ask for her I asked for a supervisor and 3. I explained the situation and she basically said I don’t know why that was quoted but it wasn’t right. So at this point I won’t be using AE again unless Meghan gets replaced. Which is why I took away the two stars.

  We received great service! They were super nice and quick to get out and fix an issue with our garage door. We originally started with another garage door company that was trying to push us to buying a $6,000 new door. They kept pressing us to make a decision and were very aggressive. THANKFULLY we decided to try a second option with AE Door and Window and they were able to fix our door in and out within in a half hour for a very reasonable price. I’m so glad we went with AE Door in the future.

  Jeff H was so friendly ! Took time to give my dog the attention she was demanding from him and then efficiently repaired my door in no time flat 🙂

  Two days ago AE Door at Eastgate scheduled an appointment to come to our home today at 1pm to get measurements for a storm door. It's after 2pm and we have not heard from them.
