After a lightning strike damaged some circuits, they quickly troubleshot the problem, found the exact issue, and repaired the damaged wire without trying to upsell me. Their honesty stood out, they easily could have pushed unnecessary work (and extra expenses on my end), but they didn’t, and their reviews reflect that integrity. I also chose to install a whole home surge protector. The unit is solid, and I’m confident it will last. It’s inexpensive peace of mind, and given how common lightning strikes can be, it just made sense. I’ll admit I was the “hovering” customer, watching and asking dozens of questions out of curiosity. They handled it with complete professionalism and never once seemed bothered. I highly recommend them. I’ve already passed their information along to my family and my realtor.
