We were worried with the tight time frame of the holidays if we would receive the rug before Christmas. But they turned around the order within a week and a half. Great product and great service. - WMWendi MartinMay 3, 20254.0UPDATED: 05/31/25. THEY DID COME OUT AND FIX THE ISSUE. Will never use them again. The installers were the worst. $ 2500.00 for my bedroom and they drug the carpet up the stairs scratching off the paint of the new stair treads we put up. They left and got a brown marker and tried to cover up the paint where they scratched off. ( the color didn't even match ). You can noticeably see the carpet line. They only took $40.00 off my bill for the stairs and when I called back because of the bad carpet-line, they said they would call me back regarding this... Needless to say. They didn't!

Logan did everything he could do to rectify the situation but it had to be pushed back. He is very helpful and even stopped over the day of the install to assure that everything went smoothly. Great family business.
