Called Auburn and a very helpful woman by the name of Victoria answered the phone! It was comforting to be able to talk to a real person. My technician, Ryan came on time, was thoughtful, respectful and clearly understood (in a very short amount of time) what the issues were. He made sure to test everything out before he left, and it was a very good experience, despite how it all started. Thank you, Auburn Heating, Ryan and Victoria!

I said no and had to pay a $75 fee for them to come to my house and try to overcharge me. Hopefully someone won’t make the same mistake I did. Never again.

- KMK MaerschJan 4, 20265.0Professional, prompt, reasonably priced and outstanding. Woke up in the middle of the night last night (Sat night) and my house was freezing. I called the 24 hour number, talked to an actual person and then Brian Miller showed up at my house first thing this morning (on a Sunday). Brian diagnosed the problem within minutes (flame sensor) and then did a bunch of other stuff to clean up the unit that was above and beyond. Dude was outstanding and I was super impressed with both Brian and Auburn. Will be signing up for their Annual Inspection Program going forward for sure.
- MKMark KoynockJan 1, 20261.0I have never publicly posted in the past. BEWARE PEOPLE. Very friendly tech arrived to repair a leaking toilet. Got a quote for 1,500.00 to repair. I repaired it myself for about 25.00, 1 hr labor and a trip to home depot. Got another quote to install an electric 240 volt garage heater that I purcased from Home Depot. That quote was INSANE. Quote was 5,600.00. 2-3 hours labor at the most and no more than few hundred dollars in parts. 1,700.00 hr for labor (ROBBERY). I retired from a specialized instrument company as a field tech and we charged about 400.00 hr. 400.00 hr to repair or install a Thermal Analyzer (that no one even knows what it is) compared to a 1,700 hr to install a garage heater that i will install for a few hundred dollars in parts and 3 hrs labor. WOW.
