  Had a routine inspection of a Mini Split system installed last April. The Service Technician, Joel Torres, was polite and professional. He gave me instructions on using the remote device going over all the details on setting up the system. He was patient and courteous. Kudos to Joel and Auburn Heating.

  We had a great experience with Jared installing a big dog grooming tub in our basement. I was so impressed with the quality of work and how well everything was communicated. Price was great, scheduling was easy and prompt! So happy, thank you!!

  Our water heater displayed an error code with an audible alarm. We reset and called Auburn Heating to correct since it was purchased through them and an error code C-F was displayed and no longer heated water. The service tech came the next day and told us we needed a new water heater because it was sixteen years old. I asked if it was possible to fix our water heater and he agreed to call the manufacturer’s service department. The factor service representative responded after a 15 minute wait but was able to walk through the reset process and fix the problem. I was very disappointed in the Auburn Hearing Service technician and his lack of knowledge with our hybrid water heater. I attach a picture showing the heat pump on top of a conventional water heater. He basically told us he didn’t know about the unit and we should buy a new water heater. Only after explaining how the water heater works did he agree to call the manufacturer. Next time we have a problem I do not plan to call Auburn Heating but call the manufacturer my self.

  I was really worried about installing minisplits in our older home without ruining its character, but Auburn Heating made the entire quoting process seamless. Tim Metzko was incredibly professional and took the time to explain how they could run the lines discreetly. It’s clear they understand the unique challenges of older construction. The quote was transparent, fair, and delivered quickly. Highly recommend them if you want the job done right!

  A top-notch company got us out of a jam in the dead of winter by picking up the slack of another company that left us hanging. Tim Metzko went above and beyond to help us. He took extra time to show/tell/explain, source what we needed instead of trying to sell something we didn’t, set up the order for the right unit and get it all ordered, and when there was a delay at the warehouse, he went out of his way to find extra heaters for us until it arrived. We had been without heat for 12 days due to the storm that slammed the country, and he was always looking for a solution to get us through it. I’ve never experienced that kind of care, concern, and follow-through from any other company… actually, an individual such as Tim, and I hope Auburn Heating knows how LUCKY they are to have Tim Metzko on their team. On the day of installation, Clay and Rudy were the worker bees who cranked out the entire job in about 7 hours. Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, personable, and respectful of our home. They ripped out the old (both furnace and AC units), reinstalled new, cleaned up after, and hauled all the trash away. It was quite a job and we were very impressed with their confidence as we didn’t have to question a thing. We went to bed knowing we were going to be OK, that the work was done right by a solid company, and there’s peace of mind moving forward. THANK YOU! 10 stars, highly recommend!
