  Todd and the Team did an amazing job for us in a really difficult circumstance. Both the cleanup and restoration were done professionally and really they went above and beyond to help. I'd recommend them to anyone

  Update: I have a positive update. Dry Patrol/First on Site Reached out to me a couple of months ago. They went above me on to do what they could do to make things right. I honestly think that Management didn’t realize How tough the job went and how bad the first experience was. It seems like they possibly narrowed it down to an employee who is no longer there and once they did this, They came back and didn’t just fix my complaints, they also did some extra stuff for us, Including putting new flooring in the bathroom. There’s one person I would really like to think, not sure he wants his name to mentioned But his initials are DG. He fielded what was probably 100 calls from me, Always got back to me quickly, remained positive through my incessant complaining, and is really the one that made all of this happen. It obviously doesn’t make everything right. My Dad built this business in the 80s-90s, and hated that the fire destroyed the building. He was fighting cancer throughout this whole process And would have loved to be able to come to the office and furthermore to see it completed, but he never got that chance. That is something I will always blame the original contractor for. But a few people there really tried to do what they could to make it right. Update: Thank you very much for publicly posting, asking me to contact you to make things right, while privately telling me directly that you aren’t going to help at all. I just thought people should see that while your company says one thing, You actually do the opposite. WORST construction experience ever. This review is technically for Dry Patrol, who was recently bought out by First OnSite. I should preface everything by saying that I own a local insurance agency that deals with restoration companies on a weekly basis. After you’ve done what I do for years, you start to develop a feel from extensive experience with reputable remediation firms. Dry Patrol, however, acted in a manner that is anything but reputable. They delivered unacceptable service, dishonest communication and substandard work on a fire restoration project that began in April of 2023. After 10 months of missed deadlines, false claims of work being done, and shoddy craftsmanship, we were forced to terminate their contract. We retained a portion of the funds to have a competent company rectify the situation. The accompanying photos were taken immediately after Dry Patrol's "repainting" of our office and speak for themselves. Beyond the disastrous interior work, Dry Patrol caused extensive damage to our property. Their negligence destroyed our parking lot, parking blocks, and multiple areas inside. They left a commercial dumpster directly on the asphalt, without protection, causing dents and severe rust damage that require complete resurfacing. Their unprofessional attempts at remediation only made things worse. The amount of time it took them (to not even finish) became the joke of the town. We chose to end the relationship as it became clear Dry Patrol lacked the expertise and integrity to complete the job. This was the absolute worst construction experience we've ever had. It’s something that other insurance agencies need to know so they know what to expect when referring Dry Patrol to a client. To top it off… THEY SEALED OFF THAT ATTIC. That’s right. After they reframed the walls and redid the ceiling they closed off our attic access. So now no one can get in the attack even if they need to. Their subpar plumbing work also caused the carpet to be stained in a couple areas. I could really go on and on, as I have a list of things they did poorly along with many more pictures and screenshots of conversations of them over promising and under delivering, excuses for why they missed deadlines, and outright lies about days and time worked. With that being said, they were recently bought out by a new company. I cannot speak to their work or craftsmanship with this company. But Dry Patrol themselves from April 2023 until we cut ties in February 2024 was absolutely awful.
