    Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received . I can’t thank Tina, Dave and Alex enough ! They're truly a blessing in a very stressful situation . As homeowners we know it can be a nightmare dealing with our insurance company .. nope .. not with this team . They stepped in and took that load off my shoulders . They’re dealing directly with my insurance company and they sent out the nicest roofing team and contractor to help tackle this disaster . Thank you so so much !!

    I had an excellent experience with this company. They arrived quickly after my call, assessed the damage thoroughly, and walked me through every step of the restoration process. The team was professional, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently. My place looks better than it did before the damage. Highly recommend their services!

    My fiancé and I were at work and so my mother called this company to see what exactly their services were. She ensured them the situation was not an emergency but explained that we had water leaking and were unable to shower. Within the hour they had a team at our house and were working. They were really nice guys, Scott & Jason I believe - until they weren’t. Each question I had was met with a condescending answer. They said to my fiancé “her mom made it seem like this was a really serious emergency” which as stated above she ensured them it was NOT. My fiancé and I are first time homeowners, being unsure of how this works we did have a lot of questions. When they left the first night, we told them we worked later during the week (for purposes of the pick up) and they said that was okay. I will attach the messages of the response I was met with when I was discussing that. Today they were coming to pick up the equipment. Scott came and failed to scan / show us the scan of the moisture so we knew whether or not it was dry. I texted and asked about it and he answered and said he could come back and show us / my fiancé (I was not home yet). Before I could answer, he already had texted him and said he was on his way. When Scott returned , he made sure to let my fiancé know and text me and let me know that him coming back was “off the clock” and texted me and said that as well. As if he was doing us a favor? By coming back to do something you should have done before? Then he said to my fiancé “I hope she is nicer to you.” I found that to be extremely unprofessional, not to mention that fact that I was never once rude. Overall, I was just really disappointed as a someone who has never experienced something like this / had to take care of a home - it would be nice to deal with people who are little more kind and understanding rather than make you feel silly for asking.
