  Great experience working with Brian Wood from initial quote to project completion. I appreciated that he established a critical path timeline to minimize construction time line. He did a great job communicating the phases and used quality sub contractors.

  My husband and I have been living in our new custom build for about 3 months and are in love with the finished product! When we first met with Classic Custom Homes, we were talking with 2 other builders trying to make our decision. Brian made the decision easy by walking us through some of his past builds, letting us look at previous designs and setting us up with the designer to develop our dream home. Throughout the building process, there were some minor hiccups that prolonged the original timeline. Brian and his partner Mike were very communicative with the minor setbacks and were adamant about ensuring the quality of the build, which made the waiting period all worth it. Brian allowed us to visit the house throughout the entirety of the project and was very flexible with changes we wanted to add along the way, all while keeping us close to our budget! Brian and his partner Mike were always available to answer questions and keep us updated, sending pictures, and meeting us when we wanted to review final decisions! We feel so blessed to be able to raise our kids in this beautiful home and are so thankful for Brian and his team for making it all happen!

  Brian is someone that actually cares about the quality of what he does…he is professional, knowledgeable, and understands/values the importance of relationships…his integrity is something you don’t find all that often in the construction industry…I’ve enjoyed working on projects with Brian over the past several years, and would highly recommend him to build any new home, or manage any construction project, from start to finish

  Without a doubt one of the best builders nor just in Stark county but I would say in Ohio! Brian and his team are very passionate about what they do but most importantly they are honest and truthful about the process. They will listen to a customer’s individual preferences but most importantly they will be patient and supportive throughout the entire process, some much appreciated from a first time home builder. They strive for only the best material, top quality workers, and features to ensure the home not only fits a customer’s vision but also that the property has great resale value for the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better worker, would recommend to all colleagues for your dream home needs!
