I completely understand that things happen and delays can come up, but a simple courtesy call saying, “I’m running behind,” would have made all the difference. Instead, I was left waiting past the scheduled time with no update, only to be told they’d let me know when he was on the way. That’s not how business should be done. Communication goes a long way, and had I been notified, I would have had no issue. I updated to a 3 star because I don't feel the whole company should be pushed due to a few people that made a mistake

Joe performed the procedures and allowed us to test all the sinks and toilets to confirm there was no back-up prior to leaving. He communicated well, was friendly and kind. We still have more investigating to do to determine the scope of our piping issues and I feel very confident moving forward with this company. Added: waited weeks for a field service mgr to get back with us. It’s now been over a month - altho I’ve called them - and received no response. Changed from 5 stars to 3.
