    Really not happy with the service we got. Had a hot water tank stop working while I was out of town. My wife called u guys to see if it could be fixed. Guy showed up and said they don't do water heater repair only replacement. So he leaves us a quote for a new unit and charges us for a service call. What did we pay the service call for if u had no intention of fixing our water heater. It's like we paid money for u to give us a quote. We used u guys before when we bought a new ac unit and thought u were a reputable company but this is bs.not sure if u just took advantage of that fact my wife was the only one home or if this is how you operate but we won't be doing business with again

    Yesterday, my water heater began leaking, and I contacted Blinds & Sons today. The team was very responsive, understood my concerns, and promptly scheduled an appointment for the same day. Engineer Isaiah arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided an effective solution. I truly appreciate the immediate assistance and the professionalism demonstrated throughout the process. Thank you for your excellent service!

    A tree fell in my backyard, knocking out the power to my home. Matt arrived the same day assist the situation and took steps to return the next day to restore power. All the while my home generator had the con. When Matt returned the next day he brought a coworker, Joe And they spent around 10 hours on site and did not leave until both the power was restored and the generator was Also operating properly diagnosed and was running.

    What an amazing job Blind & Sons did installing a mini split and upgrading my electrical panel. The electricians, Andrew Vargo & Steven May, were so professional. They explained everything they were doing to my old house. There was a lot of work that needed to be done that wasn’t easy, thanks to the previous homeowner who thought he was a handyman. Andrew & Steven completed the job in one day. The clean up was impeccable. The wiped down countertop s, swept floors, etc…they were an awesome team. The HVAC guys, Austin Bailey & Tyler Perry were great, too. Tyler explained what they were going to do, how they were installing the mini split, and how it worked. They made the installation look easy. They asked my opinion on it as far as location and how it looked. Again, the clean up was great, nothing left behind. Blind and Sons team had a lot of respect for the homeowner. Very happy with the job they did and we highly recommend them!!!

    Definitely a five star review for my technician Landon, who came iand serviced my generator. He was very knowledgeable about my unit and answered all kinds of questions that I had about it since the company that I had to install it didn't really know much. He was very much so concerned that I understood how the unit worked and why it was failing he gave me options as far as how to go about correcting issues and there was absolutely no pressure to correct the problem right away. It was something that could've been OK. Could not have been OK. It was just one of those things. I decided to go ahead and replace the part that was weak not completely bad but weak he came back on a day that we had a foot of snow on the ground from the weekend. It was really cold and windy and I called the facility that he worked out of and asked if The service could be postponed due to the weather and the polite lady said that there was no problem for him to come out and this is what we do. He showed up with a positive attitude, bundled up and ready to repair my unit he was a trooper when he was All Done. He took his time. He ran all the double checks of the unit ran it without a load and ran it with a load. Everything seemed to be perfect. I just like to say that this company is the real deal. I was not overcharged. I was not pushed to buy things. I didn't need. They were there to help my needs to keep my family safe and for that I give them five stars I would've gave them 10 or 11.🙂 If it was possible, thank you again for all who was involved and stay safe ✌🏽
