  I appreciated Karl’s professional experience, very friendly manner, patience and clear communication. He was able to resolve a heating problem that several other companies were not able to satisfactorily resolve. Pricing was reasonable and I would definitely work with him again!

  Jesus Martinez did an amazing job. He treated me with respect, answered my questions, was very professional, knowledgeable and very conscientious with me home (covering his feet from outside, removing the old filter, listened to my instructions to make sure my cat doesn't go out the door, etc.). I couldn't asked for a better worker for my furnace. Would request his fir the future!

  My service technician Frank Waugh repaired a problem that my furnace has had and getting worse for a very long time. Frank ordered and installed the correct parts to repair the problem. I would highly recommend Blind and Sons for your HVAC needs. Their technicians are the very best.

  Furnace was not working and temp in our house was 43F. Called several HVAC companies and Blind & Sons responded within 10 minutes and scheduled a technician for same day service. Within an hour, they called and said a technician would arrive within 40 minutes. Hershel McAtee arrived about 30 minutes later and within ten minutes diagnosed the issue and corrected it. What great service!! Hershel was courteous and very professional and I will not hesitate to contact Blind & Sons for future HVAC service.

  Today is 1/27, I have been without heat since 12/26. The problem with my boiler was misdiagnosed. This caused a long delay in finding out that the part I really needed was no longer available. The part I was told that I needed I was able to find, they couldn’t. I bought the part they said I needed and installed it myself. That was not the problem. That part was $459. If they had really looked into it they would have seen a little red light inside the boiler that indicated the problem. It was a bad sensor. See the photos. The sensor was discontinued last year. Because of this I had to replace my heating unit. The unit was 25 years old. If the proper diagnosis had been made a month ago I would have replaced the heater a month ago. They did get it to run for one day by replacing the thermocouple for a charge of $433. It was not the right one for the unit. I again had to locate the right one and order it at almost $200. I did not use it because I found out the sensor was bad while waiting for it to be delivered. Maybe I can get my money back on that one? I have paid well over $1,000 and have been freezing for a month because they got it wrong.
