- JHJoanele Hoce3 days ago5.0We have used New Comfort for years having them install components in our previous home then having them do annual maintenance and service on the existing units when we moved. The technicians are always courteous, professional, thorough and friendly. They call in advance and arrive as scheduled. Additionally, I appreciate the courteous and friendly customer service I receive consistently EVERY TIME I call to ask a question or schedule something. The reception is always pleasant and very service oriented. For us, the quality of the service keeps us coming back to New Comfort.

Upon arrival they were courteous, explained what they were doing & picked up after themselves. I had concerns about aging ductwork in my crawlspace, the technician evaluated the ductwork while there at no additional cost. They may not be the cheapest company but they are the best value!

Asked her to have another tec come out because she was on lifting restrictions and couldn’t get all the way into my unit and to maybe see if I could get some better answers but no luck. $88 dollars for a $2000 plus estimate when she had no idea why my unit was leaking
- SUsteve uhlApr 2, 20191.0AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COSTS! First of all, Theresa Cooper who left a 5-star review is an employee! Second, I got an estimate for $1,097 when I hired another company to do the work for $150. When I asked for more details on the estimate they refused to break down the labor, materials, etc. Now they've been beating me up for 4 months for $88 for the ridiculous estimate I got. It's like pulling in for an oil change and being told it will be $800, then when you try to leave they charge you $88 for the estimate! VERY VERY OVERPRICED AND SHADY OUTFIT!! This review is entirely my first-hand opinion.
- KCKirok CarnahanJun 22, 20183.0Had to have them out to clean up some awful work done by another company. $88 diagnosis and some tweaking didn't fix it. Next call still didn't fix it but the tech was obsessed with solving it. Unfortunately the price went from $140 an hour to $196 an hour. They diagnosed a pump being bad, it wasn't but they blamed Weilmclain for the diagnosis. Charge $691 for 3 hours work replacing a good pump. You can pay them $200 to join a club where you'll only be moderately overcharged.
