  We have used New Comfort for years having them install components in our previous home then having them do annual maintenance and service on the existing units when we moved. The technicians are always courteous, professional, thorough and friendly. They call in advance and arrive as scheduled. Additionally, I appreciate the courteous and friendly customer service I receive consistently EVERY TIME I call to ask a question or schedule something. The reception is always pleasant and very service oriented. For us, the quality of the service keeps us coming back to New Comfort.

  I would have given a ZERO if I could. STAY AWAY. This company is a complete scam. Received several unsolicited calls from this company wanting to do preventive maintain inspections on my furnace and my air conditioning unit. I finally gave in and let them come out and do it. Things seemed to have went well except the tech informed me he had no filter to replace my old one. Seemed odd since they were performing a preventive service, that they didn't bring a new filter with them. Usually the first thing they do is replace the filter. Anyways this was done before the heat of the summer and I wanted to make sure everything was ready to go when the hot days of summer rolled in. I was told everything looked great and was in working order. I was given the bill which I PAID ON THE SPOT. Keep in mind my air unit was installed in 2020 by another company and was working fine the summer before this. It is still under warranty for parts, not labor. The very first time my wife turned on the air it did not work. I figured the tech had forgotten to turn something back on during servicing. No it turns out my compressor is locked up some how. I guess I'm supposed to believe that it broke while it was never in use. When they come out to see why it wouldn't come on they told me it would be over two thousand labor to fix and they done nothing wrong. I asked to speak with the owner of the company. I was told he was unavailable. I said when will he be available?? I was told he wouldn't talk with me. That should tell you all you need to know about this company. I wished I had read all these bad reviews before I became one of their victims. Lesson learned. SCAM ARTIST !!!!!!!!

  All the service techs that came out to work on the furnace and hot water tank were fantastic. Parts were replaced very professional and techs were very knowledgeable. Office was great - especially Tara she kept me informed of all that was going on. Highly recommended.
