  Last week I scheduled service - then changed the appointment from Tues to Wed. AD cancelled the appointment and never rescheduled me. When they didn't show, I called. No apology for the error. "I don't know who you talked to, but you're not in the schedule. It shows you canceled." I tried to reschedule. Next appointment that worked with my schedule was a week out. I booked the appointment, but commented that I was going to call and see if I could get someone else out sooner. The guy became really rude. AD: "I'm gonna cancel you. You want me to cancel?" Me: "No, don't cancel." AD: "But you said you were gonna call someone else. I need to free up the appointment if you're not going to show." Me: "I will call and cancel IF I find someone else." AD: "If you're just going to cancel again, I'll cancel you now." Me: "I DIDN'T CANCEL THE FIRST TIME. KEEP THE APPOINTMENT. I WON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE." He sounded offended that, after a scheduling error on their part and waiting two weeks for an appointment, I would look around for something earlier. I've had good service from them before. But this guy has single-handedly turned me away from Action Door.

  I just had my garage door opener replaced by Ben and Albert. They were both professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend Action Door to anyone!
