- ACAdam CraigDec 17, 20251.0My elevator has not been serviced for 72 hours. We have already refunded our tenants with handicapped clients for having to shut down business. I called three times and they simply cannot reach out to the technician and get an eta. Completely ridiculous

- MMMIkeJul 22, 20241.0If you are deciding between this company or another to service your elevator, you may want to skip this one! We were promised that we were on a priority list because we have one elevator. We were told the service technician will be out that day. I called every 3 hours to find out what the prognosis was. I was told on more than one occasion that they could not reach my technician but to be assured he would be at our location by 4:00 p.m. he never showed! Also we were never given a phone call! Not to mention, this is the second time with the same problem only one week later. Absolutely horrible customer service, and even worse servicing of the elevator!
