  I had window treatments done at Puchers and Lowe’s. I got everything the way I ordered from Pucher’s but I feel the measurements done were not accurate. There are spaces on the sides of the windows letting light in. Lowe’s did a much better job of accurately measuring and thus there are no gaps at the sides.

  100% would not recommend they showed up to my house and left did not keep the appointment and made excuses as to why, claiming that the tile was being laid downeven though the person on the phone informed us that something completely different was going to happen! I spoke with Susan from their company this morning. She told me the designer and the person measuring would be out to measure and they were well aware. I would not be in the home a half hour after the appointment. I received a call stating that they came and they left claiming they could not do their job because of tile being laid, which was not true I highly suggest use a different company!! There are other options that would probably handle this more professionally when someone’s prepared to spend a great amount of money on something it should not be handled in this manner I’ve attached pictures of the room where Claudia and the other very rude woman claimed were nowhere near ready showing that the tile is clearly done, the grout is dried and the window in the bedroom area doesn’t even have tile. and are complaining that no one here “” speaks English, which is far from the truth and why would that even matter Luckily, for this company, Google will not let me upload the video that I have sent to their office showing the women complaining about that which is extremely concerning unprofessional and racist Also stating that they can wait till next week for my appointment, it doesn’t look like it’s ready for anything anyway Although these pictures clearly tell a different story, one of the women’s name was Claudia

  I had a great experience working with the staff at Pucher’s and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring, window treatments or other remodeling. The staff is very creative and knowledgeable in the products. They were generous with their time to get your project just right to fit your needs.

  Beautiful showroom, expansive number of flooring and window treatments, knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Kudos to the manager, Lisa. Great bakery next door, Jossi's, if you need a break from reviewing your flooring and window treatment choices.
