  Excellent scheduling and up to the minute arrival for install. The techs completed work promptly and cleaned everything up. Very good experience .

  Window World did a great job installing my sliding glass door. I am very happy with it. I am also very impressed with everyone I had contact with, whether it was in person, texts or phone contact. Everyone was very polite and professional.

  Would not recommend solely based on our experience with the salesman who came out to quote us. Steve came out to quote us for a sliding glass patio door, and I would not trust him enough to even move forward with the sale. First off, he asked how we heard from window world. We said the previous owners had window world windows installed so we figured we’d keep it all the same. He insisted on looking at them to confirm and then proceeded to say they weren’t window world windows. We literally transferred the warranty into our name and your company has been out 3 times to service the windows, but he continued to argue that they were not window world. It was weird how much he wanted to argue about it. He also went to look at a second window to tell us it wasn’t window world and walked on our brand new white rug with his shoes on! Is it not normal for your reps to take their shoes off when entering someone’s house, or to at least wear booties? Then he proceeded to say well my shoes aren’t that dirty and walked on our rug again. My biggest gripe though was him misquoting us! He insisted that we had a custom fit door which would be an extra $1500 immediately. My husband offered to take the trim off to be sure but he would not let us and again insisted it was custom. When he left we took the trim off and of course we have a standard size door! We confirmed this with Anderson as well which is who we’re going with now for our door. Seems Steve just wanted to make an extra sale fraudulently so I hope this gets looked into so you can make sure he doesn’t screw over other customers who may not know to double check these things like we did. He also made us feel invaluable as a customer. The last thing he said was “I’m not going to chase you down for a door sale. You call me if it makes sense.” Then walked out. Wouldn’t recommend or trust the sales people coming out to quote you.

  We just had our vinyl siding done by the Window World Team an so glad we choose them. Thank you for letting our 65 year old house look brand new again . Special thanks to Tony who answered all our questions and kept us updated from when the siding an shutters were ordered an when an who was installing them. Our installers were Paul an Mark an what an EXCEPTIONAL JOB !! They are very professional an very skilled an you can tell they take great pride in their work . We highly recommend Window World of Youngstown to everyone looking for Great Quality craftsmanship an OUTSTANDING customer care.

  We had our windows replaced in January of 2025. This past Sunday, we were cleaning the windows and had an issue with closing one. Yesterday, I was a half mile away from WW on Southern so I decided to stop by and inquire as to what to do. WW sent someone out immediately. Jake took one look and showed us what the issue was. Jake had the window working within seconds. Nothing broken, just mishandled by us! This is customer service! Thank you Jake and THANK YOU WW!
