  We just had our vinyl siding done by the Window World Team an so glad we choose them. Thank you for letting our 65 year old house look brand new again . Special thanks to Tony who answered all our questions and kept us updated from when the siding an shutters were ordered an when an who was installing them. Our installers were Paul an Mark an what an EXCEPTIONAL JOB !! They are very professional an very skilled an you can tell they take great pride in their work . We highly recommend Window World of Youngstown to everyone looking for Great Quality craftsmanship an OUTSTANDING customer care.

  Great experience! Affordable job and installers did a great job. They were courteous and respectful of our property. They were so kind they put up a weather barrier to help keep the cold out. Kudos to Rod and Nicholas.

  10 years after installation, I had a seal fail on one of my windows. The warranty process was very seamless! They ordered me a new window and only took 10 minutes to replace. Scotty was very punctual and nice when he arrived. Needless to say, I’m very pleased that I purchased all my windows with Window World!

  We had our windows replaced in January of 2025. This past Sunday, we were cleaning the windows and had an issue with closing one. Yesterday, I was a half mile away from WW on Southern so I decided to stop by and inquire as to what to do. WW sent someone out immediately. Jake took one look and showed us what the issue was. Jake had the window working within seconds. Nothing broken, just mishandled by us! This is customer service! Thank you Jake and THANK YOU WW!

  We recently decided to purchase replacement windows and quickly became overwhelmed by the number of suppliers and the wide variety of options that were being offered. Remembering that my adult son had purchased windows a couple of years ago after a thorough vetting process, I called him and asked him which company he chose and why. His response was quick, “Window World, because their entire process was very straightforward and eliminated confusion. The pricing was great, including a lifetime warranty on the windows (including the screens), and the various options that were available were explained prior to purchase.” His advice was spot on. Our first window estimate from a competing company left us feeling pressured to make a decision on the day of the sale, as incentives were offered, including price cuts, special financing, upgrades at no additional cost, and other gimmick to obtain a commitment from U.S. Our entire experience with Window World was very positive. We had a very good discussion about the company, its background and history. and then focused on the windows, including the different types of windows, color availability, etc. When we discussed the options and narrowed the option down to our specific needs, we were surprised at our savings. After the contract was signed, we were contacted by the office and arranged to have our window information verified to ensure accuracy and also provided with contact information should we have any additional questions. When our windows went into production at the factory, we were notified. When our windows were being shipped from the factory, we were again notified. When the windows had been received by Window World, were notified and scheduled an installation date. The installers arrive as scheduled and were very courteous, professional, and completed the installation, while keeping the house clean. About a week after the installation was completed, I was contacted and asked if everything met our expectations, and who to contact if any additional action was needed. This follow up was appreciated, and reassured me that any concerns would be addressed. The entire project went as expected. I recommend Window World to anyone considering replacement windows or other similar project.
