  Toledo office: Process has taken 18 months to solve, Had a few remakes on the windows, A failed installation, then leaks, but Window world stood behind the product and reinstalled again yesterday. They have been prompt, and working to get things right. The current installation crew and Manager, Patrick, are very accommodating! This could have been a 1 star review to start, but with the service and their willingness to make things right, we moved it up to 4 starts!

  Edit* Raising to 4 star because of the fantastic response from the owner, the customer service is definitely a positive of working with Window World of Youngstown. I got my siding redone with window world of Youngstown, they did a good job, my only complaint about the work is cigarette butts and nails everywhere but then they decided to send a company to harass me for a survey. Email, texts, physical mail, phonecalls. Highly unprofessional, if a customer ignored the first 10 requests to fill out a survey.... Let it go

  Window World was great from the salesman that gave us our quote, to the team at the offices, to the crew that installed our windows and a sliding glass door. They kept us informed throughout the process and answered any questions we had promptly through calls,emails,and text. We're very happy and would definitely recommend them and their triple pane windows and doors to anyone.

  Awesome company! We had a window that cracked around the time we bought our house. I called Window World to see if they would be able to fix it and there was one lady who went above and beyond to track down the original sales information from the previous owners, get the warranty transferred to us and then got us in touch with the warranty department. She was just amazing. Everyone I spoke with was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The installation process was super quick and the new window looks great! We couldn't be happier!

  We had windows installed. Installers worked nonstop with no breaks to complete the job in one day. After they left we found dried caulking on the floor and a small hole by a window. I called the rep from WW and told her about this just as an FYI. I had removed the caulking and I told her my husband was going to fix the hole with caulking in the siding. She said the she would call installation manager about hole and she was sure they would fix it. After looking at picture I sent, the installation manager callled and informed me that hole was old and that it was probably from a shutter screw. Shutters were installed over 30 years ago. His attitude during this conversation was that we were lying about this being a new hole. And he also informed me that he had called the installers and they denied doing anything. The manager must speak great Spanish because one installer spoke very little English and the other spoke none. And the installers are from outside Window World. A large company and they don’t have their own installers. We spent a lot of money on these windows and even though we were going to fix it ourselves, an hour of time and a little caulking would have gone a long way to make amends for inferring we lied.
