  Great sales staff. Very helpful with excellent pricing. Installed when promised but could have been a bit more detail conscious with finished product.

  We had a solar motorized blind installed on the 2nd story of our foyer and the process couldn’t have been easier from picking materials to working with Greg the installer. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a quality product and great customer service.

  I had a great experience at Pucher's! I feel bad because I can't recall the name of the lady that helped me, but she took the time to walk me through all of my carpet options and really helped me choose the right carpet for our home. I never felt rushed and I left feeling confident in my decision. The installers were just as great. Everyone was professional and friendly. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!

  The last of my blinds purchased at Pucher’s Design Center, Flooring & Window Treatments, Berea, Ohio were installed this week. I am so pleased. The expert advice and guidance I received from Pucher’s interior designer Susan Ffleiderer was incomparable. Griffin made three visits to my residence for the installation. He was always on time, friendly and efficient. I am so happy with the results that I just wanted to share my experience. Kathy Tierney

  I love my carpet and the staff and service from Puchers in Berea is exceptional! They are wonderful to work with, I always think of them first when planning any home improvements.
