  Full roof replacement ,obviously very experienced installation crew. Great job, looks good. Crew also has good support that kept me up to date on the project's scheduling. I appreciated person at Home Genius who reviewed the order and texted me that for the color of shingles I picked brown molding around the chimney would look better than the black I chose.

  Company as a whole did an amazing job the person that did the quote (Joseph) did a great job explaining everything and making sure the job could be done the same week of quote. My project manager (Danny) did a great job with communication sending my pictures and updates being that I was working day of project. The crew actually arrived early and got to work making sure to clean up afterwards. I definitely with be keep first on the list for to come protects. THANK YOU!

  From the very beginning working with Michael Merryman, the sales guy, he was very informative.Then the project manager David was very helpful along the whole way.And then scheduling with Tiffany was easy , they all coordinated and work together to make this happen and make me assured that my home was their best interest , completely happy and would recommend them to anybody that has a project and give them an excellent rating.

  We discovered a leaky roof on a Saturday and HGE came out on a Sunday night to give us an inspection and estimate when other roofers couldn't get out until sometime that week. Abe was very thorough and great to work with. He explained the company to us, what they do, and how proud they are of their ratings with not only the BBB but their suppliers as well. He took lots of pictures of the eaves that I haven't seen in probably 10+ years. Explained in detail what he saw and what he recommended. He eventually gave us the "bottom line" as I referred to it as. For a brand new, very well warrantied and transferrable roof, insulation (which we desperately needed) and new gutters. The price was actually very reasonable! PLUS they could do the roof that week despite the bad weather and accumulated ice. I very much recommend HGE! The only "cons" really do not distract from the 5 stars but should be considered by HGE: We were given a contact person and a phone number for her. We never really heard from her & when I had one question about something I called, got her voicemail, left a message but never heard back from her. But Mason, who I can't say enough great things about, picked up this responsibility and ran with it! He kept me in the loop via text and was always available! Thanks, Mason!! The "pitch". Abe was very thorough as I mentioned. The sales pitch of HGE, although very informative, was drawn out quite a bit. But in hindsight, it was very helpful. Lastly....nails. We were assured there would be no nails left behind. But unfortunately there were quite a bit of nails I found later on in the driveway and our deck. I'm sure I'll find some when I begin to mow the yard as well. BUT....in HGE's defense, there was a lot of snow on the ground when they did the roof and these nails would be extremely difficult to find in the snow. I found them after the snow had melted. Perhaps moving forward for HGE, if there is snow on the ground during a roof installation, they can send someone out with a magnet when the snow begins to melt and not wait for the customer to call\text them showing pictures of all the nails they found in their driveway. If this was done during great weather, I'm sure this wouldn't have been an issue because we were assured by HGE no nails would be left behind. Thank you HGE for being so great about everything!! I think this roof will outlast us!

  I did not get a quote from Home Genius, as I’m already working with a roofer. However, as much as no one likes getting their door knocked on in the evening. A young 19 year old man named Malakai (might be slightly off on that) came to my door in Parma Hts and couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. He accepted the no in a great way and left me with contact info. Though I didn’t use this company, just off oftmy interaction with him, I’d certainly be calling them first in the future. Keep working kid, you’ll do great.
