- DMDrew MolinariJan 29, 20261.0ARG sales rep came over and said I had storm damage on roof and they'd work with my insurance company to get me a new roof asap. I was told it there was zero chance it gets denied because the damage was clear and obvious. After signing an agreement, it became clear that the onus was on me to manage my insurance company, which was the opposite of how it was presented to me originally. ARG rep no-showed when the claim specialist came over the house. Claim was ultimately denied and ARG took no responsibility. Feeling bad, they said they'd replace my roof at "near cost." When I got the quote from ARG, the price was somehow HIGHER than three of the four other quotes I received. So much for "near cost..." Anyway, avoid these guys. Scummy behavior all around.
