  Excellent service from Devin! From beginning to end she made the process of getting a new roof so easy and quick. She handled everything for me and available at all times. Very professional and even while I was feeling overwhelmed, I’m so thankful for her as she handled everything and made it stress free for me. Highly recommend ARG Roofing!

  ARG Roofing just replaced my roof and did an amazing job, but honestly, the best part of the whole experience was working with Devin. She was a total pleasure to deal with and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. It’s hard to find people who are that professional and great to work with. If you call them, definitely ask for her!

  I'm going to have several parts to this review. - Devin and insurnace claim I called ARG after a colleague recommended Devin to me. She responded very quickly and came out the same day to assess my roof. After her evaluation, we moved forward with filing the claim. From start to finish, she stayed on top of everything related to the insurance process. All communication with the insurance company was handled promptly, and she made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was also present when the insurance adjuster and engineer came out, actively following up, asking questions, and offering support throughout the process. Devin was absolutely amazing. It was incredibly refreshing to feel taken care of instead of having to chase down a contractor. I truly don’t think I could have navigated the insurance process without her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Pre-installation My installation was initially scheduled for a specific day, but it was rescheduled due to rain, which I understood. I notified my neighbors as a courtesy. The email stated materials would arrive around 7:00 AM on installation day, but they were delivered the day before instead. Due to the materials in the driveway, I had to street park. On "installation day", no work had started by 8:00 AM. After following up, I was told the crew had arrived but were unaware that slate removal was included, so they lacked the proper equipment. The job had to be rescheduled again and extended to two days. This miscommunication resulted in my driveway being blocked for about five days instead of one, which was inconvenient given limited street parking. Additionally, Juli asked on the day before, to use my neighbor’s driveway. I initially declined due to the lack of notice and was informed ARG would not be liable for any damage. After speaking with my neighbors, their only concern was having access to their driveway by 4:00 PM, which I was told would likely be accommodated. -Installation Around noon on installation day, I received a text from my internet provider that my service was down, so I notified Juli. When I woke up around 8:00 PM, I saw missed calls and messages from both my neighbors and Juli. My neighbors said the driveway hadn’t been cleared and that the fire department had been called, while Juli mentioned I might need to contact the power company. Debris from the roof work, combined with high winds, caused a power line to disconnect, creating sparks and a hazardous situation. This delayed the project, as both the fire department and power company had to respond. To their credit, the crew worked overtime and diligently on the second day to complete the job. - Post installation damage After the installation, several areas of damage were noted, including a scrape and dent on the side door frame, bent gutters, a partially disconnected downspout, cracks and holes in my neighbor’s siding, and sunken tire tracks along the dirt side of the driveway. These issues were reported to both Juli and Devin during a walkthrough. Two weeks later, the downspout had fully detached. It took over three weeks after the job for the side door trim and downspout to be addressed. At this point—more than a month later—the neighbor’s siding has still not been replaced, the landscaping has not been repaired, and the gutter remains bent (just replaced less than two years ago). I am now being asked to pay the remaining balance; however, I have concerns about doing so while these outstanding issues remain unresolved. Based on the delays so far, I am not confident the remaining repairs will be completed once final payment is made. Devin was amazing but everything else makes me give them a 2 star rating.

  Really great experience from start to finish. My new roof looks great. Big shoutout to Devin. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy. She answered all my questions and was such a genuinely nice person to work with. I was so impressed that I referred my dad to Devin as well for his new roof.

  This company is very helpful, understanding and patient. I am receiving a brand, new roof and gutters because of their help! They take their time and explain everything and even helped me with a claim to my insurance company. I am happy they came knocking and I am glad I answered. 😊 My experience with this company has been nothing but wonderful.
