He came during the service window, called me before he showed up at the house, explained the problem (broken disposal) and my options with me, and came back within the week to install a new unit. I really enjoyed working with him and would definitely call again. Thanks!

The person who took my call was so nice and was able to get me on the schedule for the next day, which happened to be the friday before easter. Dan, my tech, arrived and ordered the water heater and installed the same day. I highly recommend the plumbing source If you are lucky, you will get dan!!!
